POLICE have revealed an alleged robbery, which caused the arrest of a 16-year-old male, is part of their investigation into the serious crash which happened in Bradford yesterday.
A teenage motorcyclist was thrown off his bike and suffered serious injuries after colliding with a car on Harrogate Road at around 3.40pm on Sunday afternoon.
The serious road traffic collision happened at the junction with Leeds Road and involved a black Vauxhall Corsa and a black/red BMW motorcycle.

Earlier that day, at 2.33pm, officers were called to reports of an alleged robbery at a Sainsbury's in Yeadon as a group of males were demanding bike keys before making off with the bike in the direction of Guiseley.
A video has been circulating on social media of the group appearing to steal the bike from its owner in the Leeds store.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "As part of the investigation, officers are investigating an alleged robbery at a Sainsbury’s store on New Road, Yeadon.
"Officers were called at 2.33pm yesterday to a reports of a group of males demanding bike keys before making off with the bike in the direction of Guiseley.
"A 16-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and enquiries remain ongoing."
