A BRADFORD man has been jailed for stealing £10 worth of vape equipment from a shop.
Amraiz Rehman, 41, of Sunbridge Road, was jailed for seven days for stealing vape equipment worth £10 from Food Warehouse, Manningham Lane, Bradford, on September 30, 2020.
Rehman was jailed for a further seven days, to run consecutively to the other charge, for failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time, on March 26.
He was also ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
Both offences were deemed so serious because Rehman had a poor record for dishonesty offences.
Rehman was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 12, 2021.
