A BUSINESS centre on the edge of Bradford is bouncing back from 15 months of hardship and expanding after experiencing higher demand for its offices.
HUB26, situated off Hunsworth Lane in Cleckheaton, just off the M62 at junction 26, has now expanded the footprint of its lifestyle business centre to include the 22,000 square foot Lawrence House building situated just a few hundred yards away.
HUB26 CEO, Daniel Potticary, the evolution of the business centre has been nothing short of extraordinary.
“It has been an amazing journey, and I’m so thankful to the local community for working with us to turn what was a dream, into a reality,” said the businessman.
“It’s not been easy, and we’ve had to overcome every challenge you can imagine in our opening 5 years, not to mention the pandemic. I’m so thankful to our team that have worked tirelessly to understand the needs of the incredible range of customers we have here at HUB26.
“We always wanted to create an environment where businesses of any size would be able to grow and flourish. In business I learnt long ago that when a flower is struggling you don’t change the flower, you change the environment in which it grows.
“Employee wellbeing plays an incredible role for companies looking to get the most out of their teams. So, to offer an easy to access business centre situated on the M62 motorway, that includes an onsite state of the art gym with free group classes, members only café lounge and open-air terrace that’s free for residents, means our residing businesses have many of their wellbeing needs met whilst they’re at work.”
“The new Lawrence House site offers a further level of opportunity for growing businesses. With 22,000 square feet we can now cater for larger businesses, looking to adapt their workforce to the post-pandemic changes. We offer no-fixed-terms for most of our residents, which in the current climate relieves much of the anxiety surrounding long-term financial commitment.”
“We’ve embraced a post-covid business’ approach which is why our new site has the space and scope to create bespoke workspaces for any size of business. When you factor in the location, free fitness memberships, no-fixed-terms, and long list of member’s only services we believe we’ve created the ideal workspace environment to accommodate the challenges and growth of modern business."
HUB26 is situated off Hunsworth Lane, Cleckheaton, North Kirklees.
Mr Potticary opened HUB26 with co-owner Amanda Castle in 2017 with the aim of creating a lifestyle centre to challenge the serviced office market - combining offices, meeting spaces and a gym to give its members the optimum work experience.
It hopes to provide users with a more positive work-life balance, offering flexibility and accessibility.
