TWO dogs which were stolen in Bradford have both been safely recovered, West Yorkshire Police's Wildlife and Rural Crime Unit said today.
The dogs were found a "short time" after being stolen, and investigations into what happened are ongoing, police added.
In the last 24 hours, officers have dealt with 14 incidents involving animals across West Yorkshire.
12 of these incidents were dog-related, involving "bites" and "dogs left in hot cars", police said.
There was also one incident involving a "loose horse", and another which police categorised as "other".
Officers added: "As always, there may have been things that have been reported direct to local wildlife officers that may not be included in this report."
