POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman in her sixties had her handbag stolen in Bradford.
The woman was waiting at a bus stop outside Shock’s Phones and Computers on Little Horton Lane, when she was approached by a man who grabbed her handbag from behind.
The suspect, who was described as white and of skinny build, and was wearing a red hooded jacket, ran off with the victim’s bag into Central Avenue.
The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident.
Bradford District Crime Team is investigating the incident, which is believed to have occurred between 6.25am and 6.45am on Monday, 12 July.
