A POLICE wildlife team had to deal with a sheep attack, a bird nest being destroyed and a dog theft in just 48 hours.
West Yorkshire Police's Wildlife & Rural Crime Team received various reports of offences and issues between Tuesday and Thursday last week.
This included a sheep attack in the Sowerby Bridge area and the destruction of a bird nest in Addingham.
Officers also issued an appeal after a Staffordshire Terrier was stolen from the Richmond Hill area of Leeds.
