A DRIVER in Bradford will have six points added to his licence after being caught on his mobile phone in the car.
The West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team tweeted: "Held at a red light at a cross road on Thornton Road. A driver who was clearly on his mobile phone fails to notice the marked police car, or the two Steerside cops inside of it. Driver already had six points on his licence, and will now have another six points incoming."
