THREE fire crews were called to put out a fire at a derelict building in Buck Woods on Monday evening.
Shipley, Rawdon and Stanningley fire stations were called at 6.15pm on Monday to the scene of the blaze, which was located in a derelict house in Buck Woods near the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
A spokesperson for Shipley Fire Station said the small fire was confined to a room in the house and did not take long to extinguish.
He said that crews from the three fire stations were called due to remote proximity of the location.
The spokesperson added that the house had been derelict for years.
