THE Saltaire Foundation and Legacy exhibition running until this Sunday at Salts Mill in Saltaire includes a photograph of fundraising rocks painted with flags representing the diverse nationalities of staff working at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The photograph took second place in the International Saltaire photography competition recently and is part of the exhibition celebrating the 20th anniversary of Saltaire’s inscription on the list of UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The photograph came about when Lynfield Mount Hospital lead occupational therapist Lorna Dunsire approached colleague Sarah Firth to take part in the competition and came up with the flag theme.
Sarah paints and sells rocks to raise funds for the trust’s charity Better Lives.
Exhibition tickets should be booked online in advance as numbers are limited.
