A MAN was arrested as police busted a large cannabis farm at an address in Holme Wood.
West Yorkshire Police's Bradford South NPT officers attended an address in the Holme Wood area of Bradford yesterday morning on intelligence-led enquiries.
Police discovered a large, organised cannabis cultivation on the premises and a 29-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
Police say the set up suggested major involvement in organised crime and the cultivation was dismantled and plants and equipment seized by officers.
The man was charged with drugs offences and remanded for court due to immigration issues and the gravity of the offences.
A statement on Bradford South NPT's Facebook page read: "Action by officers saw a large financial blow to those involved in the organised cultivation of cannabis resulting in a positive impact against serious and organised crime offenders and vulnerable persons protected as a result."
