NISA Local has taken on the former Co-op store in Girlington.
The Duckworth Lane store closed last month and within four days had been re-branded.
A spokesperson said it will continue to offer Co-op-branded products and there would be an expanded range of Asian and Polish products.
Alex Wilson, Heads of Acquisitions at AMACOR, said: “Our shoppers will still have access to a brilliant selection of their favourite Co-op products as well as an improved choice across other areas.
"Future plans include the installation of a Costa Express, Tango Ice Blast and f’real machine to complement the food-to-go offering in-store. W
"We wanted to work fast to convert this store and limit the disruption to our customers, so we’re delighted to have been able to make the changes in such a short space of time.
"AMACOR is always looking for investment opportunities and this store is ideal for our business, supporting our growth strategy and keeping us on track to reach our target of 20 stores by the end of the year.”
