BRADFORD recorded the UK’s fifth highest number of vehicle-related noise complaints over the past year, according to a study.
All over the UK many areas received more than 100 vehicle-related noise complaints last year, according to comparethemarket.com.
The complaints included engine revving, tyre skids or playing music loud in vehicles.
By collating the data from local councils, comparethemarket.com have been able to uncover where the loudest and most disruptive drivers reside.
Bradford recorded 140 complaints in the past year.
County Durham was top with 162, followed by Leeds with 156 and Cherwell in London was third with 153.
The study also revealed that outside of the capital, six areas, most of which are rural, still have more than 100 noise related complaints about vehicles in the area. So it’s not just a city problem!
