Police are appealing for information following a hit-and-run crash which left a man in hospital with back injuries.
A silver Ford Escort was travelling from Heckmondwike towards Dewsbury along Halifax Road, Batley, when it was in collision with a 25-year-old Dewsbury man.
The man was taken to Dewsbury and District Hospital where he was treated for back injuries following the crash on Friday, December 28, at about 8.40pm. He has since been discharged.
