A MINI which drove off from police was later found to be stolen, police have found.
The black vehicle made off from officers from West Yorkshire Police’s Operation Steerside in Bradford yesterday.
But, following a joint effort with officers from Bradford East Police, the car was later found abandoned.
Officers discovered it was stolen from Yeadon and has been recovered for forensic examination.
Operation Steerside tweeted:
Earlier this evening this Mini made off from us. After a joint effort with @WYP_BradfordE colleagues we've found it abandoned.
