A MAN has been sentenced after exposing his genitals in Bradford.
Dovydas Gagelas, 30, of Orrell Lane, Liverpool, committed the offence back in 2019 and he was said to have “intentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress”.
He appeared before Wirral Magistrates’ Court earlier this week, on Wednesday, May 26, and was given a community order after pleading guilty to the offence.
Gagelas must also undertake a rehabilitation requirement activity and 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
Magistrates also ordered the defendant to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The £170 balance will be paid at £20 per week.
