A MAN has been given a community order after stealing razor blades worth more than £100 from a supermarket.
Majid Ali Ahmed, 37, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to stealing razor blades worth £112 from the Morrisons supermarket in Girlington on December 21 last year.
He also pleaded guilty to stealing a Ghost fragrance gift set, worth £39, from Boots in the Forster Square Retail Park the day before.
The case was heard at Bradford Magistrates' Court on May 17.
A community order was made for both offences, but he must comply with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement.
Ahmed's guilty pleas were taken into account when imposing the sentence.
