PLANS to build six houses on a field in Eldwick have been submitted to Bradford Council.
The application is for detached homes on a site off Sheriff Lane. Access to two homes would be by Sheriff Lane and the others by Lark Vale.
The scheme has been proposed by E Rowntree and D Marriott - the owners of the agricultural land, and the application points out that the site has previously been allocated for a housing development.
5G upgrade for mast overlooking Bingley is approved
It is described as an “infill” site that is surrounded by residential properties - including a relatively new development at Lark Vale and Odile Mews.
The plans say: “The proposed development is very small in scale and would have no impact on the local community.
A decision on the application is expected in July.
