Budding artists will be able to brush up their painting skills this year at portrait sessions. The Shipley Portrait Group begins its spring programme with two workshops this month.
New members are welcome at the sessions in room two of Shipley Library on Wednesday, January 9, and Wednesday, January 16, at 2pm.
Each meeting lasts about an hour and 45 minutes and costs £2.50. Models are sought for the classes at £7 per sitting. For details contact group secretary Cliff Grunwell on (01274) 630208, or visit www.shipleyportrait.
