THE DRIVER of a McLaren has been reported by police after they "mistimed an overtake" and crashed into another car in Huddersfield.
The driver was reported for driving without due care and attention after "sending the other car into a field", according to West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit (RPU).
The RPU added, however, that those involved sustained "only minor injuries" as a result of the incident.
In a tweet published shortly before 1.30pm today, the RPU said: "Huddersfield: The driver of this Maclaren mistimed an overtake sending the other car into a field. Luckily only minor injuries. The driver has been reported for driving without due care and attention. #team5"
