The funeral of actress Pat Kirkwood is being held at Bingley's All Saints Parish Church on Monday, January 7, at 11am.
Kirkwood, the last survivor from the golden age of pre-war British musicals, died at Kitwood House nursing home, Ilkley, on Christmas Day aged 86.
The service is open to members of the public and mourners will be led by her widower Peter Knight, a former president of the Bradford and Bingley Building Society, and stepchildren, Nicholas and Carolyn.
Royal biographer and newspaper columnist Michael Thornton, who was a friend of Miss Kirkwood for more than 40 years, will give the address.
Only family flowers are requested, but anyone wishing to pay a tribute is asked to send donations to The Alzheimer's Society, 16-18 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HT.
