A woman has made her first appearance before Bradford Crown Court after a collision that left a man seriously injured.
Kerry-jo Spencer, 26, of Watty Hall Road, Wibsey, Bradford, was charged with attempted murder and dangerous driving following an incident in Fairway, Wibsey, on April 12.
She appeared before the Recorder of Bradford, Judge Richard Mansell QC, yesterday on a video link from HMP New Hall where she is remanded.
Spencer was sent to the crown court by Leeds magistrates last month charged with attempting to murder Shaun Fuller and driving a grey Ford Focus dangerously on Fairway.
Prosecutor Michael Smith said Mr Fuller sustained a serious head injury and a broken leg in the incident.
Spencer pleaded not guilty to unlawfully and maliciously wounding Mr Fuller with intent to do him grievous bodily harm, causing him actual bodily harm in an alleged separate incident on the same day, and dangerous driving.
She was not arraigned on the allegation of attempted murder.
Her trial was fixed to start on November 22 with a timescale of up to three days.
Judge Mansell refused an application for bail and Spencer was remanded back into custody.
