A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a woman died following a crash in Barkerend on Monday.
Jamie Taylor, 41, of Hendford Drive, Barkerend, has been charged with causing the death of 39-year-old mother of five Iram Shahzadi by dangerous driving on May 10.
He has also been charged with causing death while driving disqualified, causing death while driving without a valid licence or insurance, driving while disqualified, failing to stop after an incident, and driving without insurance or a valid MOT.
He was due to appear this morning at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident which occurred at the junction of Hinchliffe Street and Beech Terrace at 3pm on Monday, in which the 39-year-old mother was hit by a car.
