ALDI is recruiting new store management colleagues at its sites in Leeds and Bradford.

The supermarket chain looking for three store managers and seven assistant store managers to join the teams across Leeds and Bradford, with 13 deputy store manager opportunities also available at various stores including Chapel Allerton, Bradford Road and Holbeck.

Aldi’s store manager colleagues now receive £47,080 per year, which rises to £61,400 after just four years and assistant store managers receiving £32,830 per year, rising to £40,035 after four years.

Job description: Aldi’s Store Managers are responsible for a multi-million-pound store operation and involved in every aspect of the business, from managing and developing teams, to meeting sales targets. The role is a fast-paced and varied one, so its important candidates are hardworking, driven and have leadership experience.

Job title: Assistant Store Manager Salary: £32,830 per annum, rising to £40,035 after just four years.

Job description: For people looking to take their management experience to the next level, Aldi’s Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager to reach store targets and ensure the team is run efficiently.

Job title: Deputy Store Manager Salary: £10.55 per hour rising to £11.57 per hour, plus an additional £4 per hour while running the store.

Job description: Deputy Store Managers work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and will have the responsibility of managing the store team in their absence. Deputy Store Managers usually work around 25 hours per week, but this can vary from 15-35 hours.
