Baildon residents are invited to share their views on plans for a new £1 million community centre.
Plans to replace Baildon Community Link, in Cliffe Avenue, are being drawn up after The Big Lottery fund awarded the scheme a start-up grant of £24,000.
Having considered the old Ferniehurst First School site, the centre's directors unanimously recommend that the centre is built on the park in Cliffe Avenue.
Plans must be submitted by September 2, before a bid is made to secure a further £500,000 grant from The Big Lottery, match-funded by Bradford Council, for its construction.
It is envisaged that the new centre will incorporate solar panels to heat water and provide electricity.
The meeting takes places at Baildon Community Link on Wednesday, January 9, at 7pm.
