Silsden: single storey extension to front of property and internal alterations to convert existing garage to bedroom, 15 Monkmans Wharf.

Stanbury: replacement doors and windows, 24 Main Street.

Thackley: construction of three storey town house, 11 Hay Croft.

Thornton: construction of 42 units (re-plan of existing approval 04/05472/FUL), land to the west of 593 Thornton Road. Thornton: construction of three storey detached dwelling, 19 Springhead Road.
