A man accused of assaulting three family members was released from custody to spend Christmas with his mother.
Robert Page, 21, appeared before Bradford magistrates on Monday charged with common assault on his partner Joanne Clarke.
He is accused of punching her twice to the head on Saturday.
Page is alleged to have returned to her home in Princes Crescent, Bolton, Bradford, at 1am the next day, damaged a door and resisted a police officer.
The court heard he was already on bail accused of common assault on his sister and brother-in-law in October.
He was bailed until Wednesday, January 16, on condition he lives at his mother's home in Wyke and does not contact his three alleged victims. He must also comply with an overnight curfew.
