A 26-year-old man was remanded in custody on Monday accused of arson with intent to endanger life at an address in Damon Avenue, Ravenscliffe, Bradford.
Michael Cordingley, of no fixed address, will appear at Bradford Crown Court on Wednesday, January 2.
