ONE of Bradford’s JobCentre buildings is going up for auction with a guide price of £1.4 million.
Westfield House, in Manningham Lane, is being sold at auction on May 5 through auctioneers Acuitus.
The four-storey office building is home to the JobCentre and is let to the Government until 2024.
In the listing, Westfield House is described as a “substantial four-storey office building with a car park and undercroft car parking.
The guide price on the land is £1.4 million, and the annual rental income at the site is £128,465.
John Mehtab, from Acuitus, said: “Westfield House benefits from its proximity to Bradford Foster Square Railway Station as well as The Oastler Shopping Centre and Market.
“It has significant frontages to three roads which make it ideal for possible future residential conversion.
“The vacant land is an added bonus which may, subject to consents, also be suitable for further commercial or residential development.”
The auction is being held online by Acuitus on May 5.
