Staff at Bradford's Lexus centre are celebrating after being awarded an "Excellent Customer Service" award in recognition for their commitment to customer care and satisfaction.

The showroom on North Brook Street in Bradford was presented with the accolade by the West Yorkshire Trading Standards, Motor Trade Partnership.

Paul Fagan, Lexus centre principal, said: "Customer care is something that all successful businesses focus on, and Lexus is no exception. We work hard to ensure each and every customer realises that they are valued. We do it because it makes great business sense. And we are very proud to receive this customer service award also."

Earlier this year the West Riding Motor Group (WMRG) - which operates the Lexus North Brook Street Bradford franchise - confirmed a six-figure investment to deliver ambitious plans for a new larger Lexus Bradford centre on Station Road in the city. The centre will employ more than 20 people.
