SIR - The environmentalist Ben Fogle now tells us that he has an electric car and many kids are now worried about their eco future.

One solution would be for some people to stop having kids to start with. They either have no idea or just don't try to look after them properly. Some parents hardly ever see their kids.

Generations of children have also been brought up to be judged by the material possessions they own above anything else which has contributed to the environment crisis we're in.

So the young eco warriors today need to avoid hypocrisy and amend their priorities to what really matters. It's not what you've got, it's who you are.
