A company which provides holidays for Telegraph & Argus readers has gone into administration - but people should not lose their money.
Travelscope's affairs were being handled by Joint Administrators Paul Clark, Andrew Stoneman and Phil Duffy, of Menzies Corporate Restructuring, from yesterday.
Claire Henry, the T&A's reader holiday manager, said Travelscope's customers should not be left out of pocket as it was a member of the Association of British Travel Agents.
Reader Holidays is open today between 2pm and 3.30pm to answer queries from people who have booked Travelscope holidays up to Monday, December 31.
Mrs Henry said: "Anybody travelling after this date will be contacted by Reader Holidays after the New Year."
A Travelscope spokesman said: "All trading activities are currently being suspended and no further holiday bookings are being taken."
The telephone line numbers for the T&A's Reader Holidays are (01274) 705237 or (01274) 705363.
