Past and present members of the Bradford Educational and Cultural Association of Sikhs met to celebrate 25 years of the organisation.
About 100 people attended the anniversary at the Civic Banquet Hall in Bradford City Hall.
Guest speakers included the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, Dr Ramindar Singh, the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Robin Owens, director of visual arts and literature of the Arts Council England, Adrian Friedli, and Councillor Mohamad Massood (Con, Heaton).
David Jackson, former co-ordinator of the interfaith centre, also spoke and congratulated BECAS for the 25th anniversary.
BECAS's Mohan Sangha said a book and a DVD was produced to coincide with the event.
