FILMING for a major BBC drama is continuing for a second day in the Bradford district today.
Gentleman Jack is being filmed at Salts Mill in the village after part of it has been turned into a street scene, including a pub and a chemist, for the series.
A large white crane, with Warner Brothers set lighting and rigging written on it, was also at the filming location.
The award-winning drama, created by Sally Wainwright, follows the life of 19th century landowner Anne Lister, played by Suranne Jones.
Street signs say parking on Victoria Road in the village has been suspended until 11.59pm today while scenes are shot, with red and white tape in certain areas preventing parking.
Bradford-born actor Timothy West is also among the cast for the series.
It is the second time the district has been used as a backdrop for this new series after scenes were filmed at Haworth Moor's Penistone Country Park in February.
