Two brothers accused of the murder of 39-year-old Ross Keenan in Bradford earlier this month have been told their trial should start in June next year.
David Kinsella, 23, and his 25-year-old brother John, both of Holme Top Lane, Little Horton, Bradford, appeared at Bradford Crown Court today via a video link to the prison where they are remanded in custody.
During a brief preliminary hearing before the Honorary Recorder of Bradford Judge Stephen Gullick the pair were told that they would be brought to court on April 7 for a plea and case management hearing.
Mr Keenan's body was found at an address in Holme Top Lane on December 13.
Judge Gullick confirmed that a trial date had been set for June 9.
