Crowds of homeless people in Bradford will receive a hot meal this Christmas thanks to an organisation set up to help the needy.
Volunteers from City Lights, who provide homeless folk with a weekly meal from their Big Yellow Bus, will be in Bradford's Centenary Square on Sunday from 6.15pm handing out festive food and hampers.
The food will be prepared at Holme Church in Madison Way, Holme Wood, tomorrow afternoon.
The project, which was launched in January, is a fantastic example of Bradford's churches working together for the benefit of the communities they serve.
City Lights are always on the lookout for volunteers to help, so if you can spare a few hours call David Wilford on 07921 298968.
