A businessman will stand trial in March next year after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of having possession of allegedly dangerous dummies.
Ashvin Rana, 40, of Wheatlands Grove, Heaton, Bradford, is said to have had the pacifiers, which allegedly posed a choking hazard, in his possession at the Papa's cash and carry in Cottam Avenue, Listerhills, Bradford last September.
Rana's trial is expected to last two days and will begin on March 10.
Rana was granted unconditional bail following a brief hearing at Bradford Crown Court yesterday
