All the pieces are in place for a former post office in Bradford city centre to be turned into a betting shop. The Bank Street building, which housed the Exchange post office, will now become a branch of Ladbrokes. It follows change-of-use planning permission which was granted yesterday by Bradford Council. The building has been empty for two years since the post office closed down in 2005. Owner Dundas Commercial Property Fund had difficulty finding a tenant.
