Sixty houses could be built on the site of a former textile mill in central Keighley.
The development at Devonshire Mill, West Lane, is planned by Elland-based Circa Homes.
The firm submitted a planning application to Bradford Council earlier this month.
The mill dates back to the 1800s and has most recently been used by Bolivar Stamp Ltd. It has been vacant since the firm, which makes pipes and pipe fittings, relocated.
A planning application submitted to Bradford Council last February proposed 48 homes on the site.
They were to be a mixture of semi-detached and terraced buildings with three or four bedrooms.
