A BRADFORD man will be sentenced next month following an incident at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Adil Akksar, 27, of Cleveland Road, Manningham, was charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence following the incident when armed officers were scrambled to the hospital.
No-one was injured as a result of the incident, on October 17 last year.
At his hearing at Bradford Crown Court this morning, Akksar was told by judge, Mr Recorder Tahir Khan QC, that he could not be sentenced today as a report by the Probation Service was needed to be prepared.
Akksar, who pleaded guilty at a previous hearing, was told he will now be sentenced on Thursday, April 1.
