German supermarket chain, Aldi, is looking to expand its stores in the coming years- and they are hoping to open up new branches in Bradford and other areas of West Yorkshire.
Currently, Aldi is looking for 11 sites in Bradford, Kirklees, Calerdale and Leeds to build new stores.
Best of all, you could help the supermarket chain with its expansion and could be sitting on the perfect site or plot of land for one of its supermarkets.
The company has said: “We are continually expanding our property portfolio to help achieve our ever-growing goals for 2022.
“We have ambitious acquisition and development plans beyond that and are looking to acquire sites that meet the property criteria for our standard store format."
Site requirements
Aldi's website states they prefer to prefer to purchase "freehold, town centre or edge of centre sites suitable for property development in towns with a population of 15,000 or more."
But have said they are willing to "explore all opportunities including developer led schemes and existing or new retail units."
If you have a site that meets these requirements you can get in touch and agree on a selling price.
