Sergeant Terri Green, of the Baildon, Bingley and Bingley Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team, said officers had been deployed to St Ives Estate again last night.
She said: "If you're there to commit crime or ASB, watch out."
It comes amid "increasing issues".
Last week, the Friends of St Ives Estate group said on Facebook that there had been an incident where "a young woman was intimidated and verbally abused by a group of men on off-road bikes".
They added: "As a result of this, and also reports from visitors of increasing issues on the estate (inconsiderate parking, little social distancing, littering and general unpleasant behavior), the Friends have been in discussions with Bradford Metropolitan District Council who have been very keen to try and resolve things."
They said there would be an increased police presence to help people feel more comfortable.
