Half the phase-one homes at the Greenroyd Mill development in Sutton-in-Craven have been sold soon after their launch.
Developer Beck Homes said the sales success was an "amazing achievement" in a relatively slow new-homes market.
It attributed the success to a combination of an impressive specification, sensible pricing and picturesque location.
Sales manager Simon DiCanio said: "We have ensured the architecture of the new build homes is sympathetic to the existing mill building and provides a collection of homes that will maintain the architectural traditions of the area.
"All of our two-bedroom townhouses have been sold and attention now falls on the three-bedroom townhouses."
