A crackdown on property theft in the run up to Christmas has led to 35 arrests in the north of the city.
The suspects were arrested for burglary offences in the Bradford North Division over the last three weeks as part of operation Wraparound.
The operation has involved police raids on the homes of suspected offenders, while extra resources have been dedicated to cracking down on burglaries.
Detective Chief Inspector Mick Oddy, of Bradford North police, is now calling on the public to help maintain the work in beating the burglars.
He said: "Although we have had success in recent weeks, we need to keep up the momentum in the days leading up to Christmas and into the New Year.
"We do have initiatives in place to target the burglars.
"However, we also need the help of the public in reducing their own chances of becoming a victim.
"Don't advertise the fact you have bought new items by leaving boxes in your garden or yard. Keep your doors locked and invest in a timer for your lights."
