Police were called just after midnight on Sunday to reports of a fire at the Oxford Bingo Club on Dudley Hill Road.
Emergency services including fire attended and put out the fire.
The incident is being treated as arson and enquiries are ongoing.
Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area or has any further information is asked to contact the police via 101 quoting crime reference number 13210101876.
