A MAN was taken to hospital with burn injuries this afternoon after catching fire while working on a vehicle.
Firefighters were called to the scene, in Baildon, at 4.15pm.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a resident of Green Bank Court raised the alarm after seeing what had happened.
The 25-year-old man had been working underneath a vehicle and suffered "quite severe" burns to the front of his body.
Firefighters, who were at the scene for around 45 minutes, looked after him until the ambulance service arrived and he was then taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
