YELLOW warnings for windy weather for Bradford are in place for today.
The Met Office has warned that a spell of windy weather is expected across Northern Ireland, Scotland, northern England, including Bradford, and north Wales until 6pm today.
After light rain this morning, the rest of today will be dry and cloudy in Bradford. Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 12C between 2pm and 7pm today.
Under the warning, people can expect some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport likely.
Probably some bus and train services affected, with some journeys taking longer are expected.
Delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges likely. It’s likely that some coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities affected by spray and/or large waves.
Some short term loss of power and other services is possible.
