A DRIVER has been issued with a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) after being stopped by police for having an insecure load on their flatbed truck.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit said the vehicle was stopped at junction 25 of the M62 at Brighouse tonight.
The unit tweeted: “This driver thought he didn’t need to secure his load unless he had more than 10 pallets on the bed.
“Everything on a flatbed needs securing to bed by some suitable means. TOR issued.”
