POLICE arrested two people after they found a variety of items in a car, including bolt cutters and a crow bar.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit (RPU) were out in the Menston area in the early hours of this morning when they stopped a vehicle.
The officers searched the car and found a number of items that piqued their interest.
This included, bolt cutters, a crow bar and a lock-snapping kit.
Police arrested two individuals on suspicion of going equipped.
Section 25 of the Theft Act 1968 stipulates that: "A person shall be guilty of an offence if, when not at his place of abode, he has with him any article for use in the course of or in connection with any burglary, theft or cheat."
