Two brothers have been remanded in custody on suspicion of murder by Bradford magistrates.
David Michael Kinsella, 23, and John Stephen Kinsella, 25, both of Holme Top Lane, Little Horton, Bradford, have been charged with the murder of Ross Keenan, 39.
The court was today told that the two brothers were among four people arrested on Thursday following the discovery of a body at an address in Holme Top Lane.
A 23-year-old woman has been bailed pending further inquiries in relation to the incident. A second woman has been released without charge.
During the brief hearing David and John Kinsella, appeared dressed in matching navy blue tracksuits. They spoke only to confirm their names, ages and address.
At times David Kinsella sat with his head in his hand. His brother remained with his head bowed throughout the proceedings.
Both men were remanded in custody to appear at Bradford Crown Court on Friday.
The exact cause of Mr Keenan's death has yet to be revealed. A post-mortem examination was due to be conducted today.
