The only Wharfedale FA Sunday Cup quarter-final to get the green light saw FC Clothiers defeat Idle United 2-1 at Queensway.
Idle took the lead only for Clothiers secretary Andrew Scratchard to equalise from the spot in the second half after a foul by the Idle goalkeeper. Just when it looked as if the game would go to extra-time, 18-year-old Carl Firth struck the winner for Clothiers in the dying minutes.
Both Wharfedale FA Challenge Cup semi-finals (Otley Town v Pool and Albert Yeadon v Ventus Yeadon Celtic) were postponed and will now be played on Saturday, January 19 (1.30pm).
